The Local Food Summit is on Sunday, February 15th at the University of Michigan Central Campus. If you haven’t attended before, the Local Food Summit brings together eaters, activists, farmers, educators (and many more!) for a day-long event with speakers, breakout sessions, networking opportunities, and of course, good food! Registration is $40 until Jan. 30th and $50 after Jan. 30th (scholarships are available). The keynote will be given by Judy Wicks, founder of White Dog Cafe in Philadelphia.
The WFPC will report out on the work that we’ve done over the past year, we’ll have a “sign on to support the policy agenda” for attendees to show support for our work, and we will share opportunities with how people can get involved with our work. Hope to see you there!
